Farmer Roschti Pizza - Swiss potato filled with fresh organic chicken, fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic and Swiss cheese served with apple compote.

Pizza Ultimo - lean ground beef, pepperoni, ham, green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and cheese.  Served with fresh organic green salad.

Schnitzel Plate - served with Roschti, red cabbage and sauerkraut

Chestnut Tree Hamburger - fresh organic ground beef, formed to a tasty patty, served with Roschti and a small organic salad
